This 20 year-old garage was in poor repair.
The problem was a brittle, decaying fibre cement roof and an old, tired-looking rear wall with rotting timber windows.
Our customer was happy with the existing metal personal door.
Solution
Removal and disposal of existing roofing materials.
Supply and fit replacement roof using plastisol coated steel roofing sheets with dripstop felt anti condensation underside.
Two new upvc windows supplied and fitted.
New guttering.
Rear wall clad with maintenance free Hardie cladding boards in a colour of customers choice.
Result
The customer saved £7,000 on the cost of new garage of similar size supplied and fitted with disposal of existing garage.

The original asbestos roof was cracking and leaking and the timber roof trusses bowing down as seen by the ridge tile line.
Roof was professionally removed from site and the trusses replaced with galvanised steel rafters.
Main roof was replaced with box section plastisol covered metal roofing sheets with anti-condensation underside and side flashings.
Front tiled canopy was replaced with terracotta Metro Tiles and ridge cappings.
